1. Contact us

After reviewing our Website Package /Services, contact us via our web request form (My Website Request) or e-mail.

2. Discussion / Gather Text and Images for Sample Page

We’ll promptly contact you (per your preferences on the My Website Request form) to discuss the desired content/color of your free sample page.  We’ll also discuss your domain name (www.MyCompany.com) preferences.

3. Sample Page Built / Reviewed

Within 48-72 hours of receiving the content (text/logo/pictures) for your sample page, a “mock up” will be placed on a draft folder on our site for your review/suggestions/approval.

4. Purchase

When you are satisfied with the sample page, then payment in full (i.e. $499 USD for the Basic Website Package) is required (via our ecommerce page) to proceed.

(Note: Final cost will be more than $499 if you elect elect to include more than 6 pages in your website or choose to have any optional Flash or stock images within the site.)

Upon payment receipt, your domain name and Internet Service Provider (web host) will be procured and work will resume on the rest of your website.

5. Provide Text / Images for remaining web page

Provide additional content for your remaining website pages.   Once the content has been received, it will only take one - two weeks for us to complete the website.

6. Review /Revise/ Final Approval

The completed site will be submitted for your approval.  It’s your site, so you may request revisions (via e-mail) for up to 45 days until you are completely satisfied.

(Note: After the 45 day review period, any subsequent changes that you request will be billed at the rate of $25 per hour.)

7. Publish Live / Search Engine Submission

Upon your final approval and (e-mail) signoff on the completed website, it will be published live on your web domain and the site will be submitted to the major search engines.
